BASIC RULES // TERMS OF SERVICE
-Commissions are for personal non-profit use only. You may not treat it as your own creation - I own all images produced-Commissions can not be used for anything regarding AI, NFTs, etc-If you choose to showcase your commission online - ask me beforehand and then @ me directly : more often than not I'll say yes.-The watermark/signature may not be removed from any commissioned piece-You may not cancel a commission after I have started working on it.-Major changes to a commission will be charged. A commission can be changed up to 3 times.
Order Process // Payment Guidelines
-USD only-Your commission is accepted when I send you an invoice via Square for half-price. The invoice for the other half will be sent after final preview.
-If you fail to accept the invoice within a week - your order will be canceled.-The wait for a finished product may take up to weeks-months - note: we will be emailing back and forth throughout the entire process.-Work on a commission starts after you approve a sketch-If you fail to respond to emails regarding your commission within a week - your order will be canceled.-All orders are Non-refundable past half-way point unless I am unable to complete them for whatever reason
-If ordering through Ko-Fi, full price is payed upfront. Refund policy still applies
